Mark of Excellence for Corporate Culture - CX Awards 2017
The Health Insurance Group has been awarded the Mark of Excellence Award for Corporate Culture by independent assessment organisation CX Awards Ltd. The Mark of Excellence is awarded following an assessment of the corporate culture within the business and the degree of employee engagement with the company’s customer philosophy, specifically:
- • To what extent is customer centricity embedded into the business?
- • How do employees who deal with customers behave in the real world?
- • And are their efforts backed up support employees?
