The Health Insurance Group is a trading name of Health and Protection Solutions Ltd. The Health Insurance Group’s permitted business is advising you on your insurance needs; arranging your insurance cover with insurers and providing administrative support for any ongoing changes you have to make.
The Health Insurance Group is an independent intermediary and is owned by the AXA UK group of insurance companies. We act on behalf of the customer and are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). The FCA is the independent watchdog that regulates insurance intermediaries in the UK.

We will advise and make recommendations for you after we have assessed your needs for private medical insurance, life protection and income protection products. We offer products from a range of insurers primarily for private medical insurance but also for life protection and income protection products. We also offer international private medical insurance. The Health Insurance Group does not charge you for its services.
It is your responsibility to provide complete and accurate information to insurers when you take out your insurance policy, throughout the life of your policy and when you renew your insurance. It is important that you ensure that all statements you make on proposal forms, claims forms and other documents are complete and accurate. Please note that if you fail to disclose any material information to your insurers, this could invalidate your insurance cover and could mean that part or all of a claim may not be paid.
All personal information about you will be treated as private and confidential. We will use and disclose the information we have about you in the normal course of arranging and administering your insurance. We may also pass your details to other members of the AXA UK group of companies for the sole purpose of offering you other products and services. The Health Insurance Group is covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations. This depends on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim. Further information about the compensation scheme arrangements is available from the FSCS.
